1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • The item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Prescription or over-the-counter medication (including dewormers, flea/tick treatments, and supplements)

  • Opened or partially used pet food or treats

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

Please ensure you are ordering the correct product before confirming your purchase, especially in the case of medication.

3. How to Return an Item

Returns must be pre-approved by our team before being brought or sent to our premises.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item was received as a gift, store credit may be issued instead.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or product, subject to availability. All exchange requests must follow the return process outlined above.
